We are committed to clear and transparent shipping practices for our customers in the United States. We provide Free Shipping for all orders. Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders require a processing time of 1 to 2 business days , followed by a shipping time of 3 to 5 business days. The total estimated delivery time for your order will be 4 to 7 business days. We partner with reliable carriers, specifically DHL and FedEx, and provide a tracking number for all shipments.

We accept returns and exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. Customers have a return window of 30 Days from the date of delivery. There is a $0 restocking fee applied to returns. Please note that the return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. Once an eligible return is received, the refund process time is 7 Business Days. If you need to cancel an order, our cancellation window is within 24 Hours of placing the order.
